Brine & Ember: A Coastal France Wine Pairing Dinner

For one evening, Le Petit Village becomes a kitchen on the Mediterranean — somewhere between Marseille and Cassis, with the candles low and the wine flowing.

Brine & Ember is a one-night wine and gastronomy experience curated by WSET Level 3 Sommelier Josh Lepre — a five-course journey through three of France's most evocative wine regions: the Loire Valley, Provence, and Languedoc.

The menu moves from briny and delicate to charred and decadent. Oysters on crushed ice. Citrus cut at the table. Smoke lifting from grilled seafood. A slow finish around the candles. Each course is matched to a wine hand-selected to tell its story — and for the final course, guests choose their own pairing from the wines already poured.

Seating is limited and communal. Come early. Stay late. Polaroids encouraged.
